Keshava Netralaya is dedicated to reduce the blindness load of the country. Free eye surgery camps are being conducted since 1993, and over 10.000 free eye surgeries have been performed.

​To boost our community outreach programme a ‘Mobile Eye Unit’ has been added since May 2018. The Mobile Eye Unit is equipped with all instruments necessary for basic eye check up and also equipped with optical dispensing unit.

​

​With the induction of the Mobile Eye Unit, the aim is to serve people in far flung villages to the fullest.

​

A peripheral centre at Arkalgudu is opened with the intention of bringing eyecare closer to the people in peripheral areas.
